Sedeveria Jet Beads - 4"
Scientific name: Sedeveria hummelii
***Available for local pickup only!!***
The Sedeveria is a hybrid succulent (a cross between an Echeveria and Sedum) with attractive dark leaves in varying shades of emerald, burgundy, purple, and black. Like most succulents, it thrives with full sun, dry air, good drainage, and being allowed to dry out between waterings. Their leaves achieve their signature dark color with cooler temperatures, though they shouldn't be allowed to get below 25 F. Brighter light can encourage a burgundy color.
They will be happy outside in warmer months (depending on climate), but will need to be gradually adjusted to outdoor conditions.
Light: Bright to full sun is a must for these plants. If they start stretching out (getting "leggy"), they need more light. If that is not possible, a grow light can help these and other cacti and succulents.
Water: Allow them to mostly dry out between waterings. Water thoroughly when dry, but don't let them sit in water (good drainage is a must!).
