We are growing quickly and looking for amazing retail associates to join our trio of companies - Paper Luxe, The Curious Bear, and our latest venture, The Crest Home!

Not to sound like a dating ad, but we’re looking for new friends who want to work hard, laugh a lot, and help our customers (and each other) celebrate all of life’s milestones. If you’ve got a good eye for design, a love of all things paper and gift, and/or you enjoy playing with toys, games, and puzzles, you might be a great fit!

Our only requirements are that you understand the importance of amazing customer service, bring a positive, upbeat attitude to the shops each day, and consistently show up when you are scheduled. All other on-the-job skills are trainable!

What will I be doing?

All of our open positions are general retail associates/team members. That means first and foremost, you are ensuring every single customer who walks into one of our stores has an exceptional experience from the moment they step in. You will welcome customers, provide product knowledge and recommendations if needed, check out customers using our POS system, wrap gifts, assist in merchandising the store, and help keep the stores clean. All team members will also be trained in receiving and processing new inventory. 

We look for team members who are motivated self-starters, honest and self-aware, empathetic and understanding, with excellent communication skills. 

We are looking for both part-time (5-20 hours per week) and full-time (30-40 hours per week) team members.

Full-Time (30-40 hr/wk):

You will be cross-trained to work in all 3 shops, but will have a primary location in either Paper Luxe or The Crest. 

Schedules will vary slightly, but you should be available to work 30-40 hours, 5 days per week between 10am-6pm, including most weekends. We aim to alternate weekend shifts and give you consistent days off each week so you can still have a balanced life! But weekends in general are required, especially as we head into the holiday season, and working until 6pm will likely be requested. (If those are no-go’s for you, you may still be a good fit for a part-time position and we encourage you to apply!)

Part-Time (5-25 hr/wk):

You will be cross-trained to work in all 3 shops, with a primary location in one of them depending on your preference and availability.

Shifts are generally 3-5 hours, 2-5 days per week. All part-time staff are asked to work some weekend shifts, but we do try to alternate so everyone has some off (unless you WANT to work weekends, in which case we can definitely make that happen. :))
